Susan Tierney

Project Planner I

Susan (Soozy) joined DORI’s Research Project Management Core in 2024. Susan draws from a diverse background in the humanities to provide non-clinical project support including meeting and events coordination, proposal development, marketing and design services, copy writing, grant management and more. Susan has experience in arts administration, academic and public history publishing, arts education and studio art. Susan has been part of the Durham community since 2012; she previously lived in the Midwest where she where she received a B.S., M.A., and M.F.A. in visual art from the University of Wisconsin.
