Nicole Peloquin

Project Planner II

Nicole joined Duke’s Office of Research & Innovation (OR&I) in 2024. In her role, she provides project management support for OR&I-led initiatives, including seed and completion grant programs such as the Duke Science & Technology SPARK and LAUNCH awards.

Before joining OR&I, Nicole spent nine years with Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs, where she streamlined workflows and developed processes that strengthened fundraising efforts for Duke Health. Earlier in her career, she served as an education volunteer with the Peace Corps in Ethiopia.

Nicole holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.
