Senior Grants & Contracts Manager
Mimi is a Senior Grants and Contracts Manager with the Campus Grants Management Team. She received an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Wake Forest University and her MBA degree from Elon University. After spending her early career at LabCorp, Mimi decided to bring her talents to Duke in 2012 to broaden her research experience. She started her career in Research Administration here at Duke working as a Grants and Contracts Administrator in the Department of OBGYN where she also attained her CRA certification. In December 2018, Mimi joined the Campus Grants Management Team and she brings extensive experience working with many sponsors, especially NIH-mentored career development awards and program project grants. Mimi supports the Duke University Population Research Institute (DUPRI) and the Biodemography of Aging Research Unit (BARU).
