Lorrie is Certified Research Administrator and seasoned manager in research administration. Her experience and knowledge in cradle-to-grave, life-cycle grants management has been gained at the central and department levels at research institutions including Duke, giving her a wealth of knowledge at all levels. Lorrie has experience with federal, non-federal and international sponsors and multiple funding mechanisms. She is a member of NCURA, SRAI, NCMA and other research communities where she keeps her skills and knowledge relevant. Lorrie has a passion for training and loves helping make research happen
