In addition to core project management strengths, Jill’s capabilities include data analysis and reporting, operations planning, visual communication design, and website development.

Recent contributions at Duke include:

  • Supporting faculty in developing a campus-wide proposal to advance computing and computation, including a 220+ stakeholder listening tour, working group facilitation, weekly project meetings, and visual asset creation.
  • Partnering with Development to implement a high-level strategic advisory task force, producing benchmarking research and data reports, organizing meetings, and managing action plans.
  • Preparing for an academic department’s external review, including content collection, editing, and styling a 360+ page formal report.
  • Supporting the launch of a career development program for new faculty, featuring events and workshops, a monthly email series, a new web presence, and individualized tools and resources.

Jill finds fulfillment in building relationships and continuously learning about how the moving parts at Duke work together to achieve shared goals.
