Jennifer Schmidt

Grants & Contracts Manager

Jennifer Schmidt is a Grants and Contracts Manager with the Campus Grants Management Team.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biology from Drake University.  Following graduation, she worked in a research environment as an Information Chemist and later grew her financial acumen and project management skills as a business owner.  Jennifer joined Duke in May 2018 and transitioned to the Campus Grants Management Team in August 2025, where she supports faculty within Trinity College of Arts & Sciences.
