Project Planner II
Hailey joined DORI’s Research Project Management Core (RPMC) in 2025. Before joining DORI, Hailey worked as a Program Director for Duke's Office for Institutional Equity implementing key projects and events for a portfolio of Duke-wide initiatives. Hailey holds a B.A. in global studies and a master's degree in public health from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She brings several years of work in public health research, higher education programming, and project management to the RPMC team along with an affinity for organizational systems and tailored processes. From big-picture strategy development to detailed project planning, Hailey is skilled in building relationships and projects that meet the needs of various audiences. Most importantly, she strives to ensure everyone has what they need to be well in the process.
