Damarcus Johnson

Grants & Contracts Administrator

Marc (as he is affectionately called by family and friends) is a Grants and Contracts Administrator with the Campus Grants Management Team. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Religious Studies, both from Luther Rice Seminary. Marc's experience with research administration at Duke spans his time spent supporting the Duke Global Health Institute, the John Hope Franklin Center for International and Interdisciplinary Studies, and the Mary Lou Williams Center for Black Culture. Marc joined the Campus Grants Management Team in January 2024 and works on McKenzie Lamborne's team supporting international research.
