Project Planner I
Bianca Lambert joined the Academic Project Management Core in spring 2026 and has over eight years of experience in project management, partnership development, and higher education program administration. In her role, she supports the planning and execution of collaborative initiatives and works with internal and external partners to advance organizational priorities.
Prior to joining Duke, Bianca held multiple roles at a Durham non-profit, where she led strategic initiatives focused on college access and student success. Her work included managing cross-functional projects, developing partnerships, and overseeing program operations.
Bianca holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her professional interests include project management, partnership development, and expanding access to educational opportunities.
