Alvin Winchester

Grants & Contracts Administrator

Alvin is a Grants and Contracts Administrator with the Campus Grants Management Team (CGMT).  Alvin has his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia College of Missouri.  He is also a Marine Corps veteran retiring after over 22 years of honorable and faithful service reaching the rank of Master Sergeant.  He gained his research administration experience from both the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, Texas and Baylor University in Waco, Texas, respectively.
