Duke Astrophysicist Named 2023 ‘Einstein Fellow’

DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke postdoctoral researcher Maria Vincenzi has been selected to receive a 3-year “Einstein Fellowship” from the NASA Hubble Fellowship Program for her research in astrophysics.

Vincenzi’s work is focused on measuring the expansion of the universe, using clues from a type of stellar explosion called a Type Ia supernova.
