Jori Fafoulas

Grants and Contracts Administrator

Jori is a Grants and Contracts Administrator with the Campus Grants Management Team. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jori previously worked in international development primarily managing federally funded contracts. She joined the Campus Grants Management Team in 2026 and supports the international research team.
