Senior Program Coordinator
Jasmine joined the Academic Project Management Core (AMPC) in 2026. With expertise in higher education administration, student support services, and program development, she brings a collaborative and human-centered approach to complex initiatives through relationship-building, strategic planning, systems thinking, and innovative problem-solving.
In addition to her strengths in program/project management and instructional design, Jasmine’s capabilities include curriculum development, event planning, and communications.
Recent contributions include:
- Commencement, symposium, & conference planning.
- Designing and facilitating programs that support student engagement, leadership development, and community partnerships within higher education settings.
- Leading initiatives that connect educational institutions with local schools, community organizations, and service-learning opportunities to expand access and experiential learning.
- Developing courses with faculty via instructional design for in-person, hybrid, and remote learning environments.
- Supporting institutional efforts that strengthen student retention, resource accessibility, and inclusive program design through data-informed planning and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Her experience includes vendor and stakeholder relationship management, institutional research reporting, procurement coordination, employee recruitment and hiring support, website content management, meeting and logistics coordination, curriculum development and facilitation, strategic communications, and multi-scale event planning. She also supports financial and administrative processes including travel reimbursement to help ensure project success and compliance.
Jasmine has an MA in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Education Leadership, Policy, and Human Development.
