AI Health Data Studio

Ryan Craig, MMCi; Senior Director, Enterprise Analytics, Duke Analytics Center of Excellence with host Ursula Rogers; Senior Informaticist, Duke AI Health

This one-hour virtual seminar will introduce researchers to 2 more advanced platforms with clinical data: the application programming interfaces (APIs) developed to provide secure access to data from the EHR; and the Echo data lake designed to provide efficient access to larger volumes of data. Learn more about the EHR APIs at This session is part of the AI Health Data Studio series in spring 2022, hosted by Ursula Rogers, Ricardo Henao, and Shelley Rusincovitch. Starting with the February 10 overview, the follow-on weekly seminars will go into deeper detail on each of the data resources, and introduce participants to the many experts and resources available at Duke. The data studios are designed for investigators who are considering working with medical data at Duke, especially applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence, but may not be sure where to begin. We especially encourage Duke early-stage investigators and campus-based researchers to attend. Register here:
