Disciplinary measures that may be applied for violations of institutional policies:
- Temporary or sustained forfeiture of research privileges
- Mandatory counseling and educational sessions including corrective actions and performance management
- Reduction in compensation, ineligibility for merit raises, and/or ineligibility to participate in academic incentive programs
- Depending on severity of issue, potential termination of employment
Disciplinary measures will be applied in proportion to the severity of the violation. An appeals process with faculty participation will be codified.
